Setup: I’ll arrive approximately one hour prior to ceremony or event start time to set up a table. I’ll bring a 6’ table with a white or ivory linen unless otherwise specified. If two painting locations are desired, we ask that the venue have a second table ready for a smooth transition. Painting at weddings will begin during cocktail hour and continue for 3-5 hours.
Guests Participation: Throughout the event, guests will come to the table for a quick reference photo. The process is enjoyable and interactive, allowing guests to watch their portraits come to life.
Remaining Photos: I paint an average of one person every 5 minutes or 6 couples per hour. All remaining photos will be finished in studio and mailed out to the couple or event coordinator after the event. These make great additions to thank you cards for wedding guests.
